The Artist

This charming mid-sized room is one of pure visual inspiration. Ideal for 2 persons it offers a small additional sitting and dressing area for reading, relaxation and simply chilling. Similar to The Writer’s room, it is characterized by a beamed ceiling, white plaster walls, the remains of an ancient hearth and a window opening directly onto the courtyard. The bath also benefits from a window looking onto a lovely quiet side street from which you might hear the early morning clatter of passing hooves as the agogiatis guide their donkeys through the narrow lane toward the port. Light filled and and nostalgic with painted floor tiles, an ample walk-in shower and a selection of original amenities, the bath offers a unique haven of comfort and calm.

All of our rooms require a few small steps to access them. We regret that due to the historical nature of our house we are unable to provide for wheelchair access or other disability features within the rooms.

Due to the small size of the rooms, twin bed options, cots, cribs and rollaway beds are unavailable.

With the increase in popularity of portable devices it may be important to note that our rooms do not have televisions.
